St. Joseph School welcomes Mrs. Krista Pruss, 2nd Grade Teacher, to our Bulldog family for the 2024-2025 school year.
“I am entering my first year of teaching after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas this spring. I have lived in Marche for the last several years with my husband, Cary, and our children. My eldest daughter, Ava, will be a senior at SJS this fall. Prior to my return to college three years ago, I had the opportunity to work as a pre-kindergarten teacher for two years. This experience fueled my desire to complete my education degree, and after a few years away, I am very excited to be back in the classroom. I am looking forward to teaching second grade this fall and getting to know my second graders and their families! I am excited for the opportunity to connect my faith with my love of learning, and I feel blessed to be a part of the St. Joseph Family!"

St. Joseph School welcomes Mrs. Alisha Ragland, Elementary and Middle School Art teacher, to our Bulldog family for the 2024-2025 school year.
“ I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in Rehabilitation Science with an emphasis in Child Welfare & Social Services with a minor in Art. My certification is in K-12 Art, and I have over 30 years experience as an artist. I was born and raised here in Arkansas and currently reside in Greenbrier with my husband and 3 children. I previously worked in Special Education at Wooster Elementary and can't wait to teach Art at St. Joseph!"

St. Joseph School welcomes Dr. Liana Tyson, Director of Bands & Elementary & Middle School Music Teacher, to our Bulldog family for the 2024-2025 school year!
Dr. Tyson holds the Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the Eastman School of Music. She earned a Master of Music from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Alabama. Tyson taught flute and/or music theory at Boise State University, the University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix College before finding her
true love of working with younger students at the Immaculate Conception Catholic School in North Little Rock where she taught Kindergarten through 8th grades for 17 years. She looks forward to returning to her home community of Conway where her husband, Blake Tyson, teaches percussion at UCA. “I am thrilled to get to know all of the students at Saint Joseph so we can explore musical interests together. Those who are blessed with great musical experiences know that prayer is sweeter, brains work better and lives are enriched with music.”

St. Joseph School welcomes Ms. Piper Mullaney, High School English Teacher, to our Bulldog family for the 2024-2025 school year! Ms. Mullaney is a SJS graduate, Class of 2019.
“I am the new 8th, 9th and 10th grade English teacher! I graduated from UCA in December of 2023, and I am beyond excited to be back at St. Joe. I feel honored to be given the opportunity to give back to the school that has given me so much, and I cannot wait to share my passion and love for literature and writing with my students as well as to be back home, supporting the Bulldogs!"
