St. Joseph students are wearing red shirts and blue jeans today in honor of Carlo Acutis! Carlo Acutis, an Italian teenager who will be canonized on Sunday, September 7, 2025, will be first millennial saint. Known as "God's Influencer," Acutis was a computer whiz who used his technological talents to create a website documenting Eucharistic miracles, a project used globally for religious instruction. He died of leukemia in 2006 at the age of 15, but he is remembered for his deep faith and efforts to bring people closer to God through modern means. #FaithLearningLiving

We also want to express a special thank you to Chief Deputy Chad Wooley and all of the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office staff who have been instrumental in supplying Deputy Fornash with the training and equipment he needs to perform his school safety role at a much more advanced level. #FaithLearningLiving

St. Joseph Middle School 6th grade class has chosen their service project for this year. They are going to make mission rosaries! "6th grade began making rosaries with Mrs. Royal, the Elementary Administrative Assistant, twelve years ago. Last year’s 6th graders had a goal of 250 rosaries that they made from January to May, and they surpassed that goal. On Friday, August 22, 6th grade students got to make their own rosary with the help of Mrs. Royal. They’ve set an impressive goal of 750 rosaries for the school year! They are so excited to help bring others to Jesus through his Mother Mary," explains Mrs. Fullerton, 6th Grade Teacher. #FaithLearningLiving
