Yet another member of the St Joseph School family is leaving us. Ms. Hallie Leicht, who served our children as a Reading Interventionist for the last seven years, is going into full-time work at Ida Burns School in Conway. We know she'll be missed here, but she won't be far from our thoughts.

At a retirement party, the faculty and staff gave Counselor Richard Walter a signed artist's palette and a canvas brush holder also packed with greenbacks. Richard plans to spend much of his time developing his talent for painting.

Counselor Richard Walter is also leaving St. Joseph School for retirement. He holds an award given to him for his "20 years of loving service."

RN Amber Ledbetter

Amber Ledbetter, a Registred Nurse for the Labor and Delivery Unit at the Conway Regional Women's Center, is shown loading baby blankets into a new warmer. It was paid for by a donation from the children of St. Joseph Church. They divided the $12,000 raised through their contributions at Mass in 2016 between three places in need. One of them was the Conway Regional Health System.

So was Claire Magie, also seen with Deacon Harrison and teacher Paula Siebenmorgen.
