Mark your calendars! Before we celebrate the Family Activity Center's 30th Anniversary next year, the Booster Club is working on giving the FAC (gym) an update, specifically the lobby and other needed areas. In an effort to celebrate the history of the gym and hopefully raise some funds to help offset the costs, the Booster Club will be hosting a Bulldog Spirit Night at the gym. Carolina has been offered the Hendrix College Provost's Scholarship valued at $151,400, the Centre College Colonel Scholarship valued at $112,000, and the Colorado College University Scholarships & Grants valued at $71,024. CONGRATULATIONS to Drew Decker on being accepted to the University of Central Arkansas and being awarded the University Scholarship, valued at $18,000. CONGRATULATIONS to Christian Stobaugh for being accepted to the University of Central Arkansas and and being awarded the Achievement Scholarship, valued at $26,000!

On Tuesday, St. Joseph Middle School had adoration with Father Daniel. "He gave such great examples about what adoration is, how we can grow closer to Jesus in the Eucharist, and how to open our hearts to him in this time," said Mrs. Belew, K-6 Assistant Principal. What a beautiful time of prayer and learning with Fr. Daniel!

St. Joseph 4th graders started a weekly newspaper this year that includes interviews, comics, and ads. They even make their own copies at home every week to distribute. "We hope to grow this next year. They did this all on their own! I love how creative it is!" said Mrs. Belew, K-6 Assistant Principal. Way to go, 4th grade students!

Our 2024-25 kindergarten classes are filling up quickly, and kindergarten screenings begin in March! Now is the time to secure your spot! All incoming SJS kindergarteners will be LEARNS eligible which can provide approximately $6,856 towards a quality Catholic education. Attention SJS Families: ACE Scholarships applications for those seeking financial assistance are now open for the 2024-25 school year. This scholarship is available for students in K-12th grade. St. Joseph School will be closed today, 1/22/2024, due to freezing rain and hazardous road conditions. It will be an AMI day for students. Stay safe!

St. Joseph School will have a 2-hour delay tomorrow morning, 1/22/2024, due to the possibility of inclement weather. Start time will be 10 AM. This is subject to change as we continue to monitor the weather.

St. Joseph School will be open for onsite instruction on Friday, January 19, 2024. We are excited to have all of our bulldogs back on campus!

Back in April, we announced that St. Joseph School received a generous gift of $150,000 from the Adcock Family Foundation to be used towards the purchase of a NEW BUS, and today, that bus–a 2024 Model Integrated CE S (PB105)--is HERE! A BIG THANK YOU to Bunny and Carol Adcock with the Adcock Family Foundation who made the purchase of this bus possible, and THANK YOU to Mr. John Ben Scherrey '01 and Mrs. Ashley Newman who were instrumental in helping with the Adcock Family Foundation grant request.
