Last week, Ms. Hailey Canada, the Senior Admissions Counselor at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, spoke to 10th-12th grade students during lunch in the Student Union. She is one of several college representatives that Counselor Karen Davis has arranged to appear this year.
Ms. Canada noted that the University now has a student body of 30,000. Despite that, it maintains a student-teacher ratio of 1 to 19. She also said the campus offers 80 different majors.
