St Joseph High School participated in the Senior High Regional Quiz Bowl Tournament hosted by Conway Christian School on March 7th. The other schools competing included Bigelow, Danville, Southside Bee Branch, and Quitman.
St. Joseph won four out its five games which earned it 2nd Place in the tournament. The Bulldogs lone loss was to tournament champion Conway Christian by a score of 215-260. Our team's standing qualified it to play next month in the State Tournament. Both junior Max Gilbert and senior Brodie Mallett were named to the All-Tournament Team
Quitman finished in 3rd Place while Bigelow came in 4th. The other scores were as follows: St. Joseph vs Danville-340-10, St. Joseph vs Quitman- 215-180, St. Joseph vs South Side Bee Branch-335-90, and St. Joseph vs Bigelow-190-185.
