Children in the Kindergarten classes of Lois Coney and Charlotte Moix presented their annual ABCs of Christmas program during the All-School Mass on December 2nd. Each child held up colorful placards depicting scenes from the story of Jesus Christ's birth.
And that's a 3!! Bulldogs lead 38-28 with 1:28 left in the 3rd period!

Seventh graders in Ms. Theresa Lutes' religion class at St. Joseph High School conducted a lighting ceremony of an Advent wreath on December 3rd in the school's courtyard. The wreath, which symbolizes the four Sundays of the Advent season, was made by Kordsmeier Electric for the school. It was later painted and decorated by St. Joseph After School Program Director Laura Williams.

St. Joseph High School seniors Sarah Beth Briggler and Mary Rose Siebenmorgen attended the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce's 4th Annual Women in Business Luncheon on December 1st at the Centennial Valley Events Center in Conway. The girls were accompanied by School Counselor and Academic Dean Teri Breeding.
The luncheon celebrates women in the business community and recognizes Women In Business Award winners. The group's guest speaker was Ms. Kristi Crum, the President of the South Central Region of Verizon Wireless. Sarah Beth and Mary Rose were selected to attend because of their involvement in the Faulkner County Youth Leadership Institute.
For their participation in the luncheon, the girls received gift bags and $100 vouchers from Textbook Brokers to assist them their college book bills next year.
