St. Joseph School

St. Joseph Preschool children presented their Christmas program Monday night. They performed "The Friendly Beasts," a poem read by Father Jeff Herbert which tells, in rhyme, the story of Jesus' humble birth "as the friendly beasts around him stood, Jesus our brother, kind and good." The preschoolers were dressed in costume either as barnyard animals, shepherds or wise men from afar. They also sang three Christmas carols to close out the program.
