The St. Joseph Bulldogs Baseball Team literally ended its regular season with a bang Monday as they defeated the Mt. Vernon/Enola Warhawks 19-15. The most dramatic in our barrage of hits was freshman Trevor Jackson's Grand Slam home run to deep centerfield. It was also the first homer of the season for the entire team.
The District Tournament opens at Nemo Vista on Wednesday. The boys have a bye that day given their shared Conference Championship with Nemo. If the weather holds, they'll play Thursday against either Sacred Heart or Guy-Perkins.
