Members of the high school band celebrated Mardi Gras at the Elementary School on February 13 by giving a concert, handing out beads, and parading around the campus. The songs played included "Dancing on the Bayou," "Evangeline: Two Cajun Songs, "Pirates of the Caribbean," "You've Got a Friend In Me," "Celebration," and "When the Saints Go Marching In." Ms. Margaret Teeling organized the event.
