Our next big event is an opportunity for the youth of St. Joseph's Church (ages 13+) to learn more about homelessness and experience a small taste of it by sleeping in cardboard boxes on the UCA football field.
Beginning Date/Time: Friday, March 10th at 8:30pm
Ending Date/Time: Saturday, March 11th at 8:30am
Locations: The event will begin & end @ the CCM House (2204 Bruce Street), but the youth will actually sleep outside on the UCA Football Field.
What to Bring: Weather appropriate clothes, blanket, sleeping bag, pillow, box to sleep in & an open heart! (We will have extra boxes available while they last).
Cost: FREE! But we are asking that the youth bring a small monetary donation OR items like blankets, non-perishable food or hygiene products to be given to Conway Ministry Center.
