Academic Support

Kim Gullic Reading Interventionist (Grades K-3)

Students who have been formally evaluated and identified as needing an additional layer of support in conjunction with the classroom teachers instruction in the literacy areas of phonemic awareness, reading, spelling and writing may have the opportunity to receive reading intervention.


Janice Thessing Resource Services (Grades 1-12)

Students who have been formally evaluated and identified as having a learning disability may have the opportunity to attend Resource Services. Here a licensed special education instructor will work with the student individually or in a small group setting to address the academic areas of need. Resource Services are provided to St. Joseph School students through the Conway Public School system.


Jennifer Simpson Speech Pathologist (Grades K-12)

Students who have been formally evaluated and identified as having speech & language deficits may have the opportunity to attend Speech & Language Therapy. Here a licensed speech-language pathologist will work with the student on an individual or small group basis in order to address the deficit areas. Speech-Language services are provided to St. Joseph School students through the Conway Public School system.
